The display cluster in the ISUZU mu-X luxury SUV, with exclusive digital gauge design, is linked to the Infotainment System to communicate driver-critical detail while requiring reduce eye movement. As a result, the driver can perform regular safety checks without turning around.

Whether you drive on the street or off-road, our unique ISUZU Advanced Driver Assistance System (ADAS) monitors the surrounding environment for danger. Intuitive active alerts and passive safety features ensure that you are alway secure in an ISUZU mu-X.

  • Follow Me Home Lights

    The all-new ISUZU mu-X now features Follow Me Home headlamps on every model, which remain lit while you walk from the car to your home or office.

  • Parking Sensors

    Sensors in the LSE and Onyx models will alert you to nearby obstacles while you park, keeping your ISUZU mu-X safe in tight spots.The LS model features rear sensors only.

  • Blind Spot Monitor

    When a vehicle approaches in your blind spot, you’ll know-your ISUZU mu-X displays a visual warning in the side mirrors.

  • Forward Collision Warning

    Your ISUZU mu-X will alert you when an obstacle is detected in your path, sounding an audible alert and displaying a visual, heads-up windscreen warning.

  • Adaptive Cruise Control

    Automatically maintain a preset speed and distance from the vehicle ahead. The Stop-and-Go functionality in your ISUZU mu-X keeps ACC settings active for up to five minutes after stopping.

  • Airbags

    The all-new ISUZU mu-X does not compromise when it comes to the safety of you and your passengers. That’s why this impressive luxury SUV comes with up to eight airbags(standard on Onyx models only).

With a class-leading, refined 3-litre turbo-diesel engine, the ISUZU mu-X SUV is potent, robust, and fuel-efficient, with emissions as low as 199 g/km. A lighter body and improved powertrain means superior performance in sports mode or off-road. This is a luxury 7-seater SUV that delivers power without ever sacrificing driving experience.

  • The ISUZU mu-X contain a powerful engine that offers an impressive 140 kW/450 Nm punch.A high-pressure common rail fuel injection system optimises fuel consumption without compromising take-off performance and acceleration. A broad, flat torque band contributes to general drivability on all terrains, while improved torque output across a wider rev range further enhances performance and fuel efficiency.

  • The all-new ISUZU mu-X is up to 80kgs lighter.Powertrain improvements and fewer engine components drive class-leading cost of ownership. Combined urban and highway fuel consumption comes in at just 7.6 litres per 100km with emissions as low as 199g/ km (please see range brochure for more information).

  • Structural enhancements and an improved, stress-tested powertrain boost off-road performance across the all-new ISUZU mu-X range, and with ground clearance of 235mm and wading depth of 800mm, these luxury SUVs are ready for adventure. The 4x4 models in the range feature a steel sump, transfer case guard for the underbody, fold-away mirrors, and upgraded tyres for taking on wilder regions. And, the Terrain Command Dial allows for instant switching between 2WD-high and 4WD-high modes at speeds of up to 100 km / h. In the ONYX model, get added traction in muddy and technical conditions by engaging ‘Rough Terrain Mode’.

  • Superior ride comfort is delivered by this luxury SUV, regardless of the driving surface.The independent, double-wishbone front suspension with higher control arms means superior handling, while the re-imagined rear coil spring suspension offers drive, flexibility and load-carrying benefits.

  • The ISUZU mu-X comes standard with 6-Speed automatic transmission and sequential sports mode that automatically selects gears according to your driving style, speed and load. Or, select gears yourself with the paddle shifters tucked neatly behind the steering wheel.
